Role & responsibilities

Must have:

• 3-5 years of direct experience managing Web Content Filtering/Proxy infrastructure in both forward and reverse proxy settings.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Network Security infrastructure and related technologies such as firewalls, content inspection, and malware detection.
• Proficiency in managing, configuring, and troubleshooting Splunk, Radware, Alteon, and FireEye content inspection tools.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills in English, customer support experience, and knowledge of ITIL best practices.
• Understanding of authentication protocols like Kerberos, LDAP, IWA, IWA-direct, SSO, and Active Directory.

Good-to-have:

• 6-8 years of continuous experience in Network Operations, Information Security, Cyber Security, or similar fields, providing Request, Incident, Change, and Problem Management support.
• Experience with Bluecoat Management Center, Bluecoat ProxySG, and BCAAA is advantageous.
• Expertise with McAfee Web Gateway is highly valued; familiarity with McAfee DLP is a plus.
• Experience working with PAC files.
• Knowledge of F5 SSLO and Netskope is desirable.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across technical specialties to define complex configuration solutions.
