We are seeking a Purchase Engineer / Purchaser from Jalpaiguri to handle vendor development, purchase negotiations, inventory coordination, and purchase documentation.  

The ideal candidate should be sincere, detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn new processes. This is a full-time position in Jalpaiguri with growth opportunities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities for Purchase executive job in Jalpaiguri 

• Compare rates and negotiate best prices
• Maintain and update purchase price lists
• Prepare, release, and track purchase orders
• Verify purchase invoices and enter data into the system
• Develop and manage vendors and suppliers nearby Jalpaiguri West Bengal
• Perform physical quantity verification at the workshop
• Coordinate with workshop supervisors and engineers
• Maintain optimum stock levels to avoid shortages or excess
• Communicate effectively with suppliers for smooth procurement
• Learn and follow new purchasing and inventory processes
