Required Skills & Experience:
? 3+ years of development experience in Quadient Inspire platform.
? Hands-on experience with:
? Inspire Dynamic Communications
? Inspire Scaler
? Inspire Designer
? Experience designing responsive, rule-based templates for omnichannel output.
? Good understanding of scalable architecture and document generation performance tuning using Scaler.
? Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
? Strong debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
? Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:
? Knowledge of Inspire Interactive is a plus.
? Familiarity with print/email/SMS delivery formats.
? Experience in migrating templates from legacy systems to Quadient.
? Basic scripting or XML/XSLT knowledge for content manipulation.
