Job Description:
1 Contacting and following up with new Clients and setting up new business opportunities.
2 Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business, and cold calling for sales of Primary properties.
3 Understand clients needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
4 Attending developer meetings & channel partner orientations as and when required.
5 Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate residential properties to the prospects matching the investment/residential needs of the prospects.
Requirements
1 1+ years of relevant work experience in the real estate/or any other service industry.
2 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3 Persuasive with marketing and sales skill.
4 Customer service orientation.
5 High levels of passion and ownership.
6 Completed Graduation and above.
