  • Generate leads through walk-ins, site visits, calls, referrals, and channel partners
  • Explain project details (pricing, amenities, location benefits) to customers
  • Conduct site visits and follow up with prospects
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly
  • Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for documentation and booking
  • Build strong relationships with customers and brokers
