Job Overview,

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and support them.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Customer Support: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.


Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage with clients.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Personality: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
