Role Overview
Were looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive with a proven background in inside sales and cold calling. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to convert leads into long-term customers. Prior experience in logistics or cross-border shipping will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients through outbound calls and digital channels.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to generate qualified leads with a focus on high conversion ratios.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable logistics and shipping solutions offered by ShipGlobal.
- Must have experience in account management and client relationship handling.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, customer success, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM tools.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Contribute to team goals, share best practices, and support colleagues to create a winning sales culture.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales.
- Strong background in cold calling with consistent conversion performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Experience in the logistics, courier, or eCommerce shipping domain is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
- Graduate degree (minimum); MBA or post-graduation in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
