Job Description: Sales Support/Trainee

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Documentary management

Order management

  • responsible for receiving the order and review, check the order number, price, product quantity, delivery and payment transactions.
  • responsible for the timely open ERP system.
  • responsible for the "shipping notice" and timely follow up the production order, ensure the delivery reached.
  • Analysis and review - in charge of the order arrangement.
  • Responsible for order change process.
  • responsible for sales and customer return goods from a single process.
  • responsible for order related information archiving and confidential work.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of customer service relationship.

Material order planning

  • responsible for collecting customer information and order information, making plans and timely booking of raw materials, in the form of a written notification to the relevant departments.
  • responsible for controlling issued MRP material preparation to PMC "single (only for new products, and the strategy of stock).

Reconciliation and collection

  • In a specified time - responsible for the formulation of the bill.
  • be responsible for payment receivable with corresponding order.

Quotation management

Offer

  • Bargaining - responsible for new product quotation, order confirmation, unit price, to ensure the accuracy of cost price.
  • responsible for the analysis of comparative price cost and actual cost, and to improve cost control and improve cost report.
  • responsible for the quotation of the company's standard of maintenance and security work.

The customer service managing

information management

  • responsible for information collection, understanding, translation, transmission, management and archiving;

  • Confidential work - is responsible for the supervision and control of all the clients information.

customer service

  • responsible for customer relationship maintenance and daily reception work;
  • responsible for customer satisfaction, good customer service, deal with customer complaints;
  • responsible for submitting the customer daily time (CTB report);
