About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing Salesforce Classic customizations and determine migration needs to Lightning Web Components.
• Design and develop scalable solutions using Lightning Web Components, Lightning Flows, and OOB features.
• Migrate custom components from Classic to Lightning while ensuring performance and efficiency.
• Utilize code analysis tools to review and optimize custom code.
• Implement solutions based on configuration principles for scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills & Expertise

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer in Classic and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce customization and migration strategies.
• Proficiency in Angular framework and Java.
• Experience with code analysis tools for efficiency and optimization.
• Knowledge of Lightning Flows for process automation.

Desired Skills

• Salesforce (SFDC) certifications preferred.
• Bachelor of Technology degree or equivalent.
