Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Specialist to design, implement, and optimize FSL solutions that enhance field operations and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce expertise, hands-on experience with FSL configuration, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Configure FSL features such as Service Territories, Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling Policies, and Optimization Rules.
  • Integrate FSL with other Salesforce clouds and third-party applications.
  • Customize Lightning components, flows, and automation for field service processes.
  • Manage mobile workforce enablement through the FSL mobile app.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and field technicians.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 1+ year in Field Service Lightning.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, declarative tools, and Lightning Experience.
  • Hands-on experience with FSL setup and customization.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and mobile app deployment.
  • Understanding of data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Field Service Lightning Consultant Certification.
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Knowledge of integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Exposure to Salesforce CPQ or other related modules.
