Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce CTI Interface and integration solutions for Life Sciences Cloud.
• Implement Salesforce Shield Encryption to ensure data security and compliance.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and MuleSoft.
• Configure and manage Named Credentials for secure authentication.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare compliance standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Apply DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong experience in Salesforce Integration Development.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce APIs, batch integration, and MuleSoft.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud and healthcare compliance standards.
• Familiarity with OAuth, SAML, JWT authentication protocols.
• Experience with Salesforce Shield Encryption for data security.
• Understanding of DevOps practices in Salesforce environments.

Desired Skills

• Salesforce (SFDC) certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of Cisco CTI Interface development.
