Job Description:

• SAP Cloud ALM Implementation & Configuration:
• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Cloud ALM solutions.
• Assist in designing and optimizing SAP Cloud ALM processes, including project management, incident management, change management, and system monitoring.
• Work with functional and technical teams to integrate SAP Cloud ALM with other enterprise systems.
• Support & Troubleshooting:
• Provide ongoing support for SAP Cloud ALM applications, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to SAP Cloud ALM and work with SAP support to resolve problems.
• System Maintenance & Upgrades:
• Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure the latest functionality and security.
• Monitor the health of SAP Cloud ALM environments and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that SAP Cloud ALM meets business requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding SAP Cloud ALM functionalities.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP Cloud ALM best practices
