Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
- Minimum 6+ years of SAP CO hands on Client facing experience with configuration of CO areas.
- Must have experience of should be involved SLA driven support Projects
- Deep Understanding COPA processes, result analysis and settlements process.
- Must of have worked on Product costing, Overhead management, Internal order accounting, controlling and profitability analysis, interface reporting.
- Good understanding on CO Master data such Profit center, cost center, Internal orders, cost element configuration set up and upload techniques such as LSMW.
- Exposure to dig into custom developments or enhancements and understand root cause.
- Must have good communication and documentation skills.
- Team Handling
- Should be able to pass on the technical table details to ABAP for custom ABAP developments. - Knowledge on CO Function module / table is must.
Good-to-Have
- Exposure to related integration module. (SAP FI, PS, SD, MM)
- Agile Framework Experience

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
Requirement gathering from the customer and solution proposal.
Ticket resolutions in case of support Project.
On-time and defect free delivery of the developments done with Detailed documentation.
Should be independent to work as SAP CO Consultant
Should be able to handle multiple assignments, objects and prioritize his/her own work accordingly
Should be able to close the support tickets within given SLA timeframe for support projects
Should be able to prepare the Functional Spec and able to provide the technical details to the ABAP consultant with end-to-end testing
Customization / configuration, end to end testing documentation, Function Spec preparation etc
