Skill - SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) : Service

Exp range: 7-11 years

Preferred location: TCS - Kolkata

Notice period 90 DAYS

1. Design and implement solutions in SAP CRM Service Module, demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following areas:

  • Master Data (Installed Base, Pricing, Org data, Business partners and products)
  • Service order management including In-House repair process
  • Service Confirmation
  • Service Contract Management
  • CRM Billing etc.

2. System configurations such as transactions, action profiles, status management, billing, transaction tax engine, Logistic integration with ERP etc.

3. Responsible for complete implementation and deployment of projects and RFCs including hand-over to support team.

Good to have

1) SAP CRM Service Module Functional knowledge including standard service BADIs and FMs and their applications.

2) Smartforms and Mailforms configurations.

3) CRM Middleware knowledge including IDOCS and BDOCS processing in CRM and ERP systems

4) ERP - SD/MM basic knowledge (Equipment?s, sales orders, material reservations etc.) for integration of service scenarios. FICO - Basic knowledge for billing/contract scenarios ? Lease Accounting Engine.

5) Knowledge on how Integration with non-SAP systems via Idocs/Webservices/Odata etc. works.

6) Fair knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting.
