Role & responsibilities
- Provide SAP PM module support to business users - incident resolution, service requests, and problems
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PM solutions. - Configure SAP PM module for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance processes.
- Design, implement, and test SAP PM enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, PP, QM, and FI for integration scenarios.
- Participate in full lifecycle implementation or rollout projects.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
- Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
- Conduct user training and prepare documentation.
- Support data migration and cutover planning.
- Participate in system upgrades and regression testing. Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM.
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance planning and work order management.
- Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
- Good understanding of integration with MM, PP, QM, FI/CO, and EHS.
- Experience in preparing functional specs and collaborating with ABAP.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead discussions. Nice to Have
- Exposure to SAP Fiori apps in PM.
- Experience in migration projects (ECC to S/4HANA).
- Knowledge of best practices in asset management.
- SAP PM or S/4HANA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
