SCCM Administration:

  • Install, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure (Primary Site, Distribution Points, Management Points).
  • Manage SCCM hierarchy, collections, boundaries, and site systems.
  • Patch Management:
  • Deploy Microsoft and third-party patches using SCCM.
  • Monitor compliance and generate patch reports.
  • Software Deployment:
  • Package and deploy applications, updates, and operating systems.
  • Create and manage task sequences for OS deployment (Windows 10/11).
  • Endpoint Management:
  • Manage client health, troubleshoot SCCM client issues.
  • Implement compliance baselines and configuration items.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Generate custom reports using SCCM and SQL queries.
  • Maintain documentation for SCCM processes and configurations.
  • Integration & Security:
  • Integrate SCCM with WSUS, Active Directory, and Intune (if applicable).
  • Ensure security compliance and follow best practices.
