We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in providing exceptional customer service and will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate information is provided.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-6 years of experience in a customer service role or related field.
