Educational Background: Minimum Graduate 

  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English) (written and verbal)
  • Should have prior experience of handling Calls
  • Should have experience in handling back-to-back calls or concurrent chats (Minimum:2) 
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers with customer centric mindset
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
  • Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
  • Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
  • Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
  • Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office & Browsing Internet resources
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Resolving Technical complex queries
  • Drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination

Shifts: Rotational/ Flexibility to work in night shift (24*7)

Work location: HYD - Permanent Work from Office.
