Eligible Passing Years: 2024 & 2025 Graduates


Job Description:

It is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Desk Management professionals to join our Bangalore team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to start their career in IT support and service management.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance
  • Provide L1 support via calls, emails, and chat
  • Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using ticketing tools
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, network, and application issues
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Ensure timely resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Follow ITIL processes and service desk best practices
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic knowledge of:
    • Windows OS / MS Office
    • IT support or Service Desk concepts
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24/7 environment)
  • Good learning attitude and team player

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduates from 2024 or 2025 batch
  • Any discipline (preferred: IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields)
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
  • Should be willing to work from Bangalore location
