Job Description:
It is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Desk Management professionals to join our Bangalore team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to start their career in IT support and service management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance
- Provide L1 support via calls, emails, and chat
- Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using ticketing tools
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, network, and application issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Ensure timely resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Follow ITIL processes and service desk best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of:
- Windows OS / MS Office
- IT support or Service Desk concepts
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24/7 environment)
- Good learning attitude and team player
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates from 2024 or 2025 batch
- Any discipline (preferred: IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Should be willing to work from Bangalore location
