Job Details:

  • Role : Service Desk Analyst (Technical Support)
  • Support to be provided through (Modalities) : Calls / Chats / Emails ( Agent will have no discretion to choose modality )
  • Experience: 0-1 yr can apply only
  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Work Mode: Work From Office ( Mandatory 5 days every week)
  • Shift: Rotational Shifts ,Includes Night Shift (rostered as per project demand)
  • Transport: One Way Transport ( Window time 7 pm-7am | Radius - 30 kms.)
  • Excellent Communications skills required.
  • Office Hours: 9.5 hours daily in office
  • Distance Comfort: Candidate should be comfortable with the commute to office.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Any Fresher Graduate / experienced in SD or CS can apply
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Basic understanding in technical trouble shooting
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Candidates who have completed graduation and has all documents can only apply.(Provisional and Marks memos are mandatory)
  • immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities:

  • 1. As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting end users on applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns
  • 2. Diagnose, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents reported by the users via telephone, chat, email or walk-ins
  • 3. Identify and escalate tickets requiring urgent attention and action
  • 4. Log all contacts and document all the activities and results accurately and completely within the incident management tool
  • 5. Deal with and resolve helpdesk requests
