• Proficiency in Software Development, Programming, and Integration for advanced ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience in designing and implementing enterprise workflows, ITSM solutions, and custom applications.
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Asset Management.
• ServiceNow scripting: JavaScript, Glide API, server/client-side scripting.
• Developing and customizing ServiceNow applications: Scoped Applications, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer.
• ServiceNow integrations: REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub.
• Service Portal development: widgets, themes, AngularJS customizations.
• ServiceNow Orchestration for workflow automation.
• ServiceNow Security: ACLs, Roles, Data Policies.
• ServiceNow Reporting & Performance Analytics: dashboards, KPIs.
• ServiceNow CMDB architecture: discovery, dependency mapping.
• ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, instance management.
• ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for testing.
• ServiceNow DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, ServiceNow Source Control.
• Integrations with third-party tools: Azure, AWS, monitoring platforms.
• Performance tuning and troubleshooting for optimal instance health.
