ServiceNow Developer

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Required. CSA or CIS certifications.
• Mentor/guide other developer resources in the team to deliver code aligned to ServiceNow best practices
• Strong in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub and other ServiceNow Features
• Develop user stories into ServiceNow features
• Configure workflows for Incident, Change, Problem, etc.
• Build integrations with AT&T and 3rd party systems
• Create catalog items, forms, and notifications- Perform unit testing
• Engage with Automation testing team to provide inputs for UAT and Integration testing
