Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: New Delhi

Experience Range: 7 to 12 Years

Job Description:

*Design, create, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow CMDB platform

*Customize the ServiceNow application, and configure the Application UI and workflow

*Providing technical guidance, collaborating with stakeholders, Providing architecture advisory support, Monitoring license utilization

*Hands-on experience of working on ServiceNow platform and CMDB/CSDM, implementation experience in any of the product lines such as CSM/ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/HRSD etc.

*Experience in Integration Hub, Custom Integrations using REST or SOAP

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications to support CMDB and ITOM processes

*Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Configuration Management

*Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications to support ITOM and CMDB processes and automation

*Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing necessary fixes or enhancements
