  • Experience in integrating tools in ServiceNow.
  • Experienced in ServiceNow technical configuration, and development of reports and dashboards.
  • Good in support activities of ServiceNow to identify issues within the code, working collaboratively with other team members.
  • Building relationships with business partners through analysis, evaluating best practice and aligning technology to solve their issues and improve efficiencies.
  • Bringing proficient methodologies and best approaches to non-traditional aspects of technology delivery.
  • Knowledge of ITSM processes such as Change, Incident management, Problem Management, SLA and Service Request Management
  • Experience in creating new Workflows and modifying the existing workflows according to new requirements in an efficient manner.
  • Experience in Enhancing the ServiceNow functionality by customized JavaScript code to support the new business needs.
  • Experience in creating scripts like Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, background script, Fix script and UI Policies, UI action.
