About the Role

We are looking for ServiceNow Developers (Senior and Mid-Level) who can design, develop, and deliver innovative workflows and integrations. What Youll Do

• Develop and configure ServiceNow features, workflows, and integrations.
• Work on Incident, Change, Problem Management and other ITSM modules.
• Build integrations with third-party systems.
• Create catalog items, forms, notifications, and perform unit testing.
• Collaborate with automation testing teams for UAT and integration testing.
• Maintain design documentation, integration specs, and architecture artifacts.
• Write and execute test cases, debug issues, and ensure application stability.

What We?re Looking For

• Senior Role: 5?7 years in ServiceNow development with CAD certification (mandatory).
• Mid-Level Role: 4?5 years in ServiceNow development with CSA or CAD certification.
• Strong in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Must-Have Certifications

• CSA (Certified System Administrator) ? Mandatory for all roles.
• CAD (Certified Application Developer) ? Mandatory for Senior roles.
