Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end testing for ServiceNow modules and workflows.
• Design and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and ServiceNow ATF.
• Prepare detailed test execution reports and ensure compliance with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects and optimize processes.
• Apply ITIL best practices and ServiceNow standards throughout the testing lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 58 years in software testing, with minimum 3 years in ServiceNow testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, ServiceNow ATF) and test management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
