Role & responsibilities:

Experience in Actimize, WebSphere, and scripting (Unix shell, Python, Ansible). The role focuses on platform stability, production support, and automation for mission-critical Unix systems.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot Actimize AIS/RCM, batch cycles, workflows, and integrations.
• Manage, configure, upgrade and optimize WebSphere environments (deployments, JVM tuning, SSL, clustering).
• Perform daily monitoring, incident response, and detailed root cause analysis.
• Automate deployments, patching, health checks, and operational tasks using shell scripts, Python, and Ansible playbooks.
• Execute production changes, release activities, and patching following change-management standards.
• Maintain observability through logs, metrics, dashboards, and alerts.
• Support platform upgrades, DR exercises, and environment stability improvements.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in Actimize, WebSphere and Linux platform.
• Advanced scripting skills: Unix shell, Python, Ansible.
• Solid experience performing patching, production changes, deployments, and incident handling.
• Strong Linux troubleshooting, CI/CD pipeline experience, and monitoring tools (Splunk/ELK/Dynatrace).
• Good communication and ability to work in high-impact production environments and Documentation.
• Logical and Critical Thinking is must.

Nice-to-Have

• SQL/Oracle, MQ/Kafka, Docker/Kubernetes, or cloud platform knowledge
