Job Description: Ads Specialist - xWF
Role Overview
This position involves supporting and managing Large Scale advertisers who use Ads to manage/run high-revenue campaigns. The Specialist will be required to act as a strategic partner to AMs/AEs in driving incremental revenue, product adoption, delivering MO-based solutioning, and future-proofing growth through automated opportunity identification. The specialist should see the bigger picture, gain insights into customer journeys, and understand the maturity of customers (advertisers/agencies) to elevate performance and service quality. This role requires demonstrated experience with App Campaigns to ensure effective campaign strategies are delivered.
Responsibilities
- Works in a non-SOP based, ambiguous, open-ended environment to provide tailored, client-centric solutions aligned with MO/client-context to the customers (advertisers/agencies).
- Acts as a strategic partner for sellers/advertisers/agencies to enable optimizations, implementations, and activations.
- Exhibits strong business acumen to gain insights into customer journeys, assess digital maturity, and identify relevant growth levers and incrementality needs.
- Provides clear, actionable insights for incremental opportunities and improvement areas to clients, assisting AMs with the same.
- Stays current with industry trends and collaborates with Product Enablement teams to continually upskill.
- Manages cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered effectively and efficiently.
- Leverages experience with App Campaigns, understanding campaign dynamics and optimization techniques to drive results for clients.
- Communicates customer needs effectively to agents and other support teams such as Quality.
- Suggests SOP improvements and contributes to product enablement team feedback for enhanced client service.
- Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of AI-powered Ads campaigns, Google Analytics, and measurement frameworks.
- Effectively presents solutions and handles client queries, staying prepared to learn GMP products as needed.
- Maintains operational rigor around daily huddles, knowledge management, cross-training, etc.
- Sets up data visualizations, manages large dataset extractions, and uses analytics for insights.
Requirements
- BS/B. Tech from (preferably from) Tier 1-2 or Tier-3 institution.
- 3-7 years of experience in tech-infused digital marketing & customer servicing, with at least 3 years hands-on experience with Ads, including App Campaigns.
- Proven experience with Analytics and Marketing Platforms is preferred.
- Demonstrated cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Data visualization expertise with Looker Studio/Power-BI, with SQL knowledge a plus
