Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Star LIMS validation integration with Lab App and installation and upgrade processes. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage product configurations and contribute to the enhancement of our laboratory information management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and customization of Star LIMS to meet specific laboratory requirements.
• Oversee the integration of Star LIMS with Lab App to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Star LIMS installations and upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements for system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
• Conduct system validation and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Implement best practices for system maintenance and performance optimization.
• Train end-users on Star LIMS functionalities and provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance user experience.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the Star LIMS environment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes through effective system configuration.

Certifications Required

Certified LIMS Professional or equivalent certification in laboratory information management systems.
