Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate and Clinic role
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and reports on Excel / Google Sheets
• Coordinate offer rollout, joining formalities, and documentation
• Ensure timely closures and quality hiring
