Job Title: RPA Developer

Location: Hyderabad/Pune/Bengaluru

Job Summary:

The RPA Developer will play a key role in implementing and supporting our robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, develop, and deploy automated solutions using UiPath. Also be responsible for monitoring and supporting operational robots, ensuring their stability and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Support the RPA team in the implementation of best practices for RPA development, technical design, and process automation.
• Design, develop, and test RPA solutions using UiPath, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
• Develop unattended and attended robots using UiPath Cross-Platform Studio Web.
• Develop robots that consume APIs and RESTful services.
• Implement automations using the RE Framework.
• Utilize UI Automation with Modern Design.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for automation.
• Assist in the development of RPA documentation and user guides.
• Monitor and support operational robots, troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes.
• Utilize version control tools (e.g., GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines for deployment.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification.
• Hands-on experience developing unattended and attended robots using UiPath Cross-Platform Studio Web in an enterprise non-Windows environment.
• Experience developing robots that consume APIs and RESTful services.
• Experience with AI Fabric, Document Understanding, and OCR.
• Experience implementing automations with the RE Framework.
• Experience with UI Automation using Modern Design.
• Experience using version control tools (e.g., GitHub) and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Nice-to-Have:

• Prior exposure to .NET framework, LINQ, VBA, or Python.
• Experience with other RPA tools like Automation Anywhere or Power Automate.
