Role & responsibilities

- Experience in Managing an End User computing team along with hands on Laptop/Desktop admin

- Experience in End User Computing Image & Patch Management ((PowerShell Script, VB Script, Batch Scripting.

- Service Management

- BMC

- Knowledge of ITIL processes mainly Incident , change , process and release management.

-Maintain the Image release process as per customer requirement

- Manage the HW assets in the Interoperable Lab at the client location

- Manage the access control to the Interoperable Lab at client location to Business users to test the Image/MS Security patch/Business application.

- Secure business sign-off for the production roll out in EUC area

-Communicate and coordinate to end users on the Patch testing

- Customer stakeholders liaison and communication.

- Deploy emergency patch releases as required.

- Analyzing Supplier-supported Operating System and base Application updates and patches.
