Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Tele sales Executives
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through outbound calls
  • Monitor call quality, talk time, conversion ratios, and productivity
  • Coach team members on pitch quality, objection handling, and closing skills
  • Conduct daily huddles, call audits, and performance feedback sessions
  • Handle customer escalations and support team in deal closures
  • Ensure compliance with calling processes, scripts, and quality standards

Preferred candidate profile


  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 2 - 6 years of experience in Team Leader
  • Experience in outbound calling, target-driven environments
