• Hands-on experience with IBM/HCL BigFix administration
• Manage the full lifecycle (test, schedule, deploy) for OS and application/software patches (Windows, Linux)
• Develop and deploy custom Fixlets, Tasks, Baselines, Analyses, and Policies for remediation and compliance
• Handle software distribution, OS deployment, and agent troubleshooting
• Monitor dashboards, generate reports, support audits, and ensure security posture
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Shell)
• Use ActionScript, PowerShell, or Shell scripting for routine tasks and workflows
• Connect BigFix with AD, databases, SIEM/SOAR tools, and reporting platforms
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
