  • Experience: within 3+ years of experience in End user support as TL
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The EUC Team Lead is responsible for managing and delivering end-user computing services, ensuring seamless IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related technologies. This role involves leading a team of EUC specialists, driving operational excellence, and implementing best practices to enhance user experience and productivity.

  • Customer interface experience (managing expectations; negotiating compromise solutions).
  • Should have good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Should be willing to work in a 24*7 environment .
  • Experience in team handling.
  • ? 7+ years in IT support/EUC roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, MDM solutions, and collaboration tools (O365, Teams).
  • ? Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, Group Policy, and VDI technologies.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy).
  • ? Soft Skills:
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES L1
  • ? Team Leadership & Management:
  • Lead and mentor the EUC team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet SLAs and project timelines.
  • ? Service Delivery & Support:
  • Oversee day-to-day EUC operations, including incident management, problem resolution, and service requests.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational standards.
  • ? Technology Management:
  • Manage deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices (Windows, macOS, mobile platforms).
  • Oversee patch management, OS upgrades, and security compliance.
  • ? Project Management:
  • Drive EUC-related projects such as hardware refresh, VDI implementation, and software rollouts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of IT initiatives.
  • ? Vendor & Asset Management:
  • Manage vendor relationships for hardware/software procurement and support.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of end-user assets and licenses.
  • ? Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to optimize EUC processes and enhance user experience.
  • Implement automation and self-service solutions where feasible.
