Key Responsibilities:

• Chat process
• Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones
• Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Education
• UG: Graduation Not Required

LOCATION : Yerwada, Pune, Maharashtra

Eligibility:

• Excellent communication skills
• HSC/Graduate candidates with minimum 6 months chat experience in a BPO.
• Ex-Employees can also apply, subject to eligibility.
• Age Limit- 18 To 42 Years

Compensation:Upto 4.5 LPA for chat process + performance based incentives

Shift Requirements:

• Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts 24*7
