• Customer Support Associate
• Have to resolute customers query through Voice Call

Job Profile-

Mandatory Criteria-

• Min 10+2 or 3 years diploma
• Fresher & experienced both can apply
• Good verbal communication skill in Hindi and English
• Customer orientation.
• Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
• No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining
• 9 hours of the day, 8hrs. work and 1 hour break
• Should have a typing speed of 35WPM with 90% accuracy

Interview Structure-

• HR round - General check.
• Online Assessment
• Typing Test
• OPS round
