Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead and manage technical teams for a global pharmaceutical client. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure cloud technologies, ETL processes, and SQL, along with proven experience in project delivery and stakeholder management. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to work in a managed services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and production support.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and clients to understand requirements and provide solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Ensure adherence to Scrum methodology and manage tasks through Jira.
• Provide technical guidance on Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks (ADB), and PySpark.
• Manage ETL processes and SQL-based data operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with ITIL best practices (good to have).
• Support BI tool implementation and reporting (good to have).
• Handle escalations and ensure SLA compliance in managed service projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
