Role: ServiceNow Technical Lead

Experience: 8-10 Years

Location of Requirement: Hyderabad, India.

Required skills: UI Actions, UI pages, ACLs, ServiceNow

Responsibilities

  • Experience in development and implementation of Security Operations products such as Security Incident, Vulnerability Management, GRC etc.
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Server and Client side Java Script.
  • Configuration/customization of the ServiceNow platform including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, Scheduled jobs, ACL, UI pages, Macros and etc.
  • Should have strong experience on Service Catalog, workflow and flow designer.
  • Experience in integrating 3rd party tools with ServiceNow using Web Services.
  • Experience with configuring Vulnerability Management Integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal Communication skills.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow Security Operations Products which include Security Incident, Vulnerability Response, GRC and etc.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow development platform including Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI pages, ACLs and etc.
  • Service Catalog, Workflow and flow designer experience.
  • Strong experience in Integrating external vulnerability scanners like Rapid7 with ServiceNow Vulnerability Management.

Preferred Skills

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Application Developer.
  • Any implementation specialist certification Security Incident or Vulnerability Management.
