Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone calls, emails, or chats.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to software products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions for complex problems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (Technical Support).
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (BCA/B.Tech/B.E./Diploma/MCA).
