TSR -Technical Support Representative

B2 Level proficiency mandatory for Final Onboarding (Through Versant / Talview or

Communication assessment by Trainer)



  • Mandatory Skills

Excellent Comm skill (verbal /Written)

Chat Exp in the previous Roles, Good Typing skills

24 / 7 environment including Nightshift and weekends

Work Location ? TCS Offices operating in Chennai or at Indore locations



  • Good to have

Experience in Core Tech Support Projects, 6+ months of experience in infra, Storage,

Service Desk

Experience in Product troubleshooting, resolving issue/tickets

Knowledge of any Ticketing tool, ITIL knowledge

Experience in operating in Hyperscaler environment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting Google / Microsoft products

Google Workspace Administrator certification / Microsoft certifications
