Role & responsibilities

  • Will be a SPOC for all development projects
  • Daily check for BAU (Business as usual) for all projects
  • First level troubleshooting for production, provide findings to relevant team for their appropriate action, training will be provided
  • Daily review of logs & share findings to team
  • Data / Report sharing with stakeholders as and when required
  • Co-ordination with Bank / internal teams / aggregators / card schemes whenever required
  • Part of Technical Operations Team, Fresher graduates are also preferred
  • Manage E-commerce support team members and roster management
  • Liaising and reporting to seniors with all daily and monthly activities


Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidate must be a B.com/ BA/ MA/ BSc (any discipline)/Graduation is must.
  • Good analysis & troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent ability to learn and articulate software-related and technical concepts
  • Strong communications skills
  • Good documentation skills
