Average communication skills in Hindi & English

Good thought process & sales skills

Basic knowledge of insurance or sales is an advantage

Graduates & HSC passed candidates can apply

Job Responsibilities:

Handle digital & outbound sales calls

Interact with customers and understand their requirements

Explain insurance products clearly and confidently

Convert leads into sales and earn unlimited incentives

Build positive customer relationships

Shift Timings & Week Offs:

Working Hours: 10:00 AM ? 7:00 PM

6 Days Working

Week Off: Sunday (Fixed)

SALARY PACKAGE:

Fresh Business:

Fresher?s: 16,000 (In-hand) I CTC: 2.53 LPA

Experienced: Up to 18,000 (In-hand) | CTC: 2.75 LPA

Retention:

For both Fresher & Experience:

Female: 13,500 In-hand Male: 13,300 In-hand
