Job Title: Telesales Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential patients/clients over the phone, explaining hospital or hospitality services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments or bookings. This role is ideal for freshers who have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to patients/customers to inform them about hospital or hospitality services, packages, and offers
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries politely and professionally
Explain treatment packages, room availability, health checkups, or hospitality services clearly
Generate leads and fix appointments/bookings for hospital consultations or hospitality services
Maintain accurate call records and customer details in the system
Follow up with prospective customers to close sales
Coordinate with internal teams (front office, billing, operations) for smooth service delivery
Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets
Ensure customer satisfaction and proper call etiquette
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers are welcome (experience in telesales/customer service is an advantage)
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
Polite, confident, and customer-friendly attitude
Willingness to learn hospital/hospitality services
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of hospital or hospitality services
Ability to handle customer objections
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
