Role & responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and working professionals using leads provided by the institute
  • Explain software training courses (IT / Software / Automation / Cloud / Testing / Development etc.) to students, freshers, and experienced professionals
  • Counsel candidates with 010 years of experience based on their career background and goals
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions through effective communication and follow-ups
  • Handle inbound calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and online enquiries
  • Perform regular follow-ups until closure and payment confirmation
  • Maintain lead tracking, call logs, and follow-up records in CRM / Excel
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
  • Coordinate with trainers and operations team regarding batch availability and onboarding
  • Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure high satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile


  • Any graduate / diploma holder (Freshers to 10 years experience can apply)
  • 010 years of experience in tele calling, inside sales, education counseling, or software training sales
  • Prior experience in software training institute / EdTech / IT course sales is a strong advantage
  • Excellent Tamil communication skills (English is mandatory; Hindi is an added advantage)
  • Ability to confidently handle students, freshers, working professionals, and parents
  • Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Comfortable with target-based sales environment
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, Excel, WhatsApp, calling systems)
  • Result-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated personality
