Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain real estate projects.

Generate leads and maintain follow-ups for site visits.

Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, and amenities.

Maintain call records and update the CRM system.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Requirements

Fresher to 6 months of tele-sales/customer service experience.

Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.

Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.

Ability to handle client queries professionally.

Basic computer knowledge and CRM understanding (preferred).
