Summary:We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our Real Estate department. The telecaller's primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. Roles and Responsibilities:Lead Management & Calling:*Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads (inbound, outbound, digital campaigns).*Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and offers clearly.*Understand customer requirements (budget, location, timeline).*Qualify leads and schedule site visits or sales meetings.*Maintain a professional and courteous tone with all prospects.*Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture interest.*Coordinate with sales teams for site visit confirmations.*Share customer feedback and objections with managers.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • *Good verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
  • *Basic understanding of real estate sales is an advantage.
  • *Ability to work under targets and timelines
  •  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
