Survey Caller BPO (Outbound Process)

Job Role

  • Make outbound survey calls as per assigned data
  • Explain survey purpose and ask questions as per script
  • Capture accurate customer responses in CRM/system
  • Follow compliance, quality, and data confidentiality guidelines
  • Handle objections politely and close calls professionally

Eligibility

  • Graduate
  • Good communication skills (English / Hindi / Regional language)
  • Comfortable with outbound calling
  • Basic computer knowledge

Experience in BPO / survey calling preferred.
