Job Role
- Make outbound survey calls as per assigned data
- Explain survey purpose and ask questions as per script
- Capture accurate customer responses in CRM/system
- Follow compliance, quality, and data confidentiality guidelines
- Handle objections politely and close calls professionally
Eligibility
- Graduate
- Good communication skills (English / Hindi / Regional language)
- Comfortable with outbound calling
- Basic computer knowledge

Experience in BPO / survey calling preferred.
