Role Objective
Dedicated Customer Support Professional with 1+ years of experience in international non-voice operations. Proven track record in resolving technical queries and exceeding sales for global clients. Fully comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts and fast-paced WFO environments.
Core Responsibilities
- International Chat Support: Managed high-concurrency (2-3 simultaneous) live chats for International customers with professional written etiquette.
- Tech Support & Troubleshooting: Provided technical assistance, diagnosing software/account issues and delivering step-by-step solutions to ensure first-chat resolution.
- Sales & Upselling: Identified customer needs during support interactions to pitch relevant product upgrades.
- Shift Excellence: Successfully operated in 24/7 rotational night shifts, ensuring seamless service delivery across different time zones.
- KPI Management: Consistently maintained an Average Handle Time (AHT) of [Your AHT, e.g., 8 mins] and a CSAT score of 95% or higher.
Key Skills & Proficiencies
- Communication: Exceptional written English skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Technical: Typing speed of 30+ WPM with 90% accuracy; proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce/Zendesk).
