Mandatory Skills:

• Total experience: 4?8 years
• 2?4 years of training experience in a GWS environment
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute learning and development programs effectively
• Ability to gather, track, and analyze training-related data to identify trends and insights
• Meticulous in managing program details, schedules, and resources for smooth execution
• Ability to identify and resolve logistical or administrative challenges during program delivery
• Commitment to providing a positive and effective learning experience for participants
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment
• AGWA certification is mandatory
